Takeda India CSR Policy

The company adopted and approved its first CSR policy in its Board meeting dated March 28, 2018.

Further in pursuance of the amendments introduced by ministry of corporate affairs (MCA) in the CSR provisions the Company has amended its CSR policy by resolution passed through circulation dated August 16, 2021.
