Shared Decision Making Aid

Takeda has published a Shared Decision Making Aid “MAKING DECISIONS TOGETHER: A guide to support you and your healthcare team make decisions about your hemophilia care and treatment” to help support people with hemophilia and their healthcare teams. 

The Aid provides tips to help patients prepare for appointments, and to think about what is most important to discuss with healthcare teams. It is intended to help ensure patients make the most of the time they have with their healthcare team, working together to agree on a care and treatment plan that is appropriate to the patient and their lifestyles.
